The Girl Scouts of the Maldives held a Nature camp from 28t till 30th December 2003. Sea Explorers Dive school was invited to do the Reef awareness Program.

The day started of with a slide show of the sea and reef, the animals that are there and the importance for the Maldivians

After the slide show all the Girl Scouts had a snorkeling on a shallow patch of reef.

After the snorkeling the girls had a break, this was followed by an information round in the camp.

The end of the morning was a quiz for all the groups to see if the information was still there. The best score got a star added to the overall score.

This program was repeated in December 2004 and  December 2005
