General Itinerary.A dive safari gives you the opportunity to
experience some, if not all the well known dive sites in the Maldives. Divers cruise the atolls diving the best in comfort, stopping
to enjoy the peace and tranquillity that is truly Maldives. For the divers it is a dream comes true.
It is very likely that you will see everything from the tiny
colourful gobies to the huge gentle whale shark and anything in between
….. what more could you
want? Talk to our
guides, tell them what you’d like to see and then they plan the dives
for you…. Available equipment includes full regulators with octopus, and high pressure gauge, Dive Computers, BCD, Surface balloons, masks, fins and snorkels and oxygen on board the dive boat and the main boat. The separate dive dhoni is equipped with compressors, tanks and weights. Our diving staffs are all PADI certified Dive masters or Dive instructors. They are experienced dive guides. If and when equipment is needed please let us know in advance so there will be no delay. Dive routs are planned based on the divers experience and the duration of the safari. Some of the standard routes can include the following: A 7-day Safari: (1) a. South Male Atoll & Felidhoo: Dive sites includes: Emboodhoo Express, Guraidhoo Kandu, Miyaru Kandu, Fotheyo, Ambara thila, Dhevana Kandu, Kudhiboli and to Mulaku Kandu and Vattaru Kandu, Madivaru Kandu some sites in Mulaku Atoll b. North Male and Rasdhoo: Banana reef, Sunlight Thila, Bodu hithi Thila, Rasdhoo, Hammer head point, Maya Thila, Ukulhas Thila, Halaveli wreck, Fish head and many more sites and come back to North Male A 10 day route:(2) a.
Ari Atoll: Can cruise from north to south Ari Atoll
and do the most well known sites from Hammer head to Broken Rock. A 14 day route:(3-4)
You will be able to do North Male and Ari Atoll, or
South Male and Ari or
Felidhoo and South Ari Atoll or any combination. All these routes are weather permitting and subjected to changes due to weather or group request For group charters we can make the route based on experience and on the request of the group upon arrival based on weather and other conditions.
